The Plan: on January 23, 2007 I fly to Singapore with my friend Lindsay. We will have about 6 weeks to travel through Malaysia and southern Thailand together. Then Lindsay and I say goodbye in Bangkok as she flies off to Australia for the second leg of her trip. I’ll spend the rest of my time in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. My last stop in April will be a side trip to Dubai to visit some friends.And so, the countdown begins.
